Wearin' of the Green

St Patty's Day was full of Green fun!

      We had green sandwiches, green applesauce and green apple juice for lunch. Shaun O' Casey came and left a pot of goodies. Everyone got new green shirts to wear (no pinching for these kids). We ended with a dinner of Corned Beef and Cabbage, cornbread muffins and rainbow jello.

       I was a little worried that none of the kids would like the dinner, but they wolfed it down. Corben is still asking me to make it again. Must have been my lucky day!
